£10 a head, including a welcome drink & nibbles

Tables available: 2 pink tables for up to 14 people, 1 blue tables for up to 12 people, 3 yellow tables for up to 10 people.

Full payment is required at the time of booking: one transfer of £100 (10 × £10) to the PTA account, using your table name as the reference. Tables that aren’t paid for may be released to others.

How it works

1Get a table togetherTables seat 8 to 14 people, at £10 a head.

There are three kinds of table: pink for 13–14 people (4 tables), blue for 10–12 people (8 tables) and yellow for 8–10 people (6 tables). They go first come first served. Smaller groups move up to the next size once theirs has sold out, but the pink tables are kept for 13s and 14s, and the booking form only offers the sizes that are left. If your numbers change after booking, email the PTA and we’ll do our best; any extra places are invoiced separately.

If you’re finding it difficult to fill a table, please email us. We may be able to match you with other friendly parents who are also looking to join a table.
2Pick a table organiserOne person is the main point of contact. They will register, collect money and pay for the table.
3RegisterBookings open Friday 18th September at 12pm. We sold out last year, so don't wait too long.
4Pay as one tableFull payment is required at the time of booking: you’ll upload a screenshot or PDF of the transfer as you book. Tables that are not paid for may be released and made available to others.

The table organiser is responsible for collecting the £10 entry fee from each member of their group before completing the table booking when registration opens.
